No reason to go to Red Lobster when you can make this shrimp scampi dish in your home under 20 minutes. This dish is WW friendly and Low Carb friendly depending on what you utilize it or just eat it as is.
I am able to ’t believe I’ve got this blog for over ten years now and I haven’t familiar with a recipe for shrimp scampi with everyone yet. Shrimp scampi is just one of my favorite dishes to become at an Italian restaurant but these are super packed with butter. Enter in mild butter. I simply love using I Will ’t Believe that it ’s not only Butter “mild version. ” that I ’m not sponsored with these or anything that I just really love using that within my meals to get that Exact Same butter flavor or their I Will ’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray. I’ll spritz that stuff in my bagels to get them toasted on the top. You can get these things next to the other types of butter situated in your grocery shop.
One reason I love Weight Watchers is that you get to consume carbs and still lose weight. This ’s right. I love me some pasta and have you noticed all of the pasta dishes that I ’ve been posting lately like this shrimp scampi? My favourite way to eat shrimp scampi would be with rice and that I’m not afraid to eat pasta! 1 cup of pasta (based on what sort of pasta it is) is around 5 to 6 intelligent points. I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t need to cut out any food groups to lose weight but if the Dr. puts you back on a special diet which does cut carbs it’s not a fantastic idea to eat this shrimp scampi with pasta. But….if you’re low-carb just leave the pasta out or find your favourite way to eat pasta replacements like zoodles. At one point of time I did low carb and it simply wasn’t my diet plan. I missed my bread.
What to function with Shrimp Scampi

Your favorite Sort of noodles
How to make Shrimp Scampi Lower in Sodium
Sad to say , however I’ve attempted making this dish lower in sodium but it isn’t potential because of the Shrimp. Shrimp tend to be higher sodium fish so you want to find unsalted butter and use a very low sodium chicken stock should you’re watching your salt intake.
