Do you follow a raw, Paleo diet, or are you just trying to cut out more processed goods in favor of natural, whole foods? Maybe you just really don’t want to turn your oven on.

Whatever your reasons for eating more raw foods, you know desserts can be tricky. After all, many of them are some form of baked good.

There’s no cooking required for any of these recipes, though there may be the occasional gentle warming of ingredients, to melt chocolate or emulsify ingredients, for example. This is typically allowed on a raw diet, so long as the food is not heated past 118°F.
