It’s certainly not that they can’t lose weight, because anyone with the desire to lose weight can and will simply by following some simple steps. Understand that what works for one person is not a cure all for everyone.

Many people are immediately skeptical when talking about weight loss plans.
I don’t blame them; too many crazy diets are filled with false claims, hype and a general lack of substance.

Effective Long Term Weight Loss Requires Certainty!

Think about it:

Why do so many people who try to lose weight fail?

Why do so many people not even try to lose weight when they know the fat is killing them?

What is the real reason some people keep weight off after a diet but most don’t?

Why do some people purchase a system or diet program and not follow through?

Well it’s not that they didn’t want to lose weight…

It’s certainly not that they can’t lose weight, because anyone with the desire to lose weight can and will simply by following some simple steps. Understand that what works for one person is not a cure all for everyone.

It comes down to 2 main points: You definitely need the right information but you also need certainty. You need to believe what you are doing is going to work for you.

When you believe with certainty that you can lose weight you innately tap into and unleash more potential, causing you to implement more steps, giving you results, reinforcing your belief and again increasing your weight loss potential. From here you are unstoppable!

You will gain the certainty of belief that you can lose weight and keep it off for life.

Unfortunately, no one can lose weight for you… You have to want it. When you decide to go forward with certainty and it always helps to have a special person, coach or friend to encourage you and who you know will be with you every step of the way. I have known many great coaches and encouragers, you need to cherish every moment. Everyone deserves a friend who can encourage and exhort.

Your life can and will change in a moment…The moment you decide to attack your weight with certainty.

Step One: Make your goal, write it down and then answer the question “So That” three times. This will solidify your goal and why you want to accomplish that goal.
Step two: Tell one person your goal. This does not mean your best friend, it must be the person who cares for you, but won’t let you get by with cheating yourself just because you are so cute. And make sure he or she is not a dream squasher. Find a friend in your life, who will encourage you and let you know that you can achieve your goal.
Step three: Commit your plan to the Lord. Now He will provide you more willpower and place those people in your life to help you exactly when you need it.
Step four: take action, find a plan or program that matches your personality and follow the plan.

Allow the Circle of weight loss certainty to take effect. Start with one pound, one inch and this will reinforce your attitude and give improve your potential, causing you to continue the plan and implement additional steps toward reaching your ultimate goal.

The professionals inside the Doctor Directed Weight Loss Program have worked with thousands of individuals in our clinic and now across the globe who had expressed a desire to lose weight. Some 10 pounds others 110 and this is the key to success in every case.

There is evidence that exposure to “dirty electricity causes blood sugar to spike in susceptible individuals and may actually be the cause of one type of diabetes. For details about this, watch the video below.

People who have been exposed to high levels of microwave radiation experience a variety of symptoms, including:

* Insomnia, night sweats, and various sleep disturbances
* Headaches and dizziness
* Swollen lymph nodes and a weakened immune system
* Impaired cognition
* Depression and irritability
* Nausea and appetite loss
* Vision and eye problems
* Frequent urination and extreme thirst
* Increased blood sugar

There is a good amount of data emerging that people are suffering, to various degrees, these kinds of symptoms from living next to cell phone towers and other high-frequency radiation emitting antennas, which emit microwaves around the clock.

According to Professor Franz Adelkofer, a leading scientist in the area of biological effects of EMF fields:

“There is real evidence that hyperfrequency electromagnetic fields can have geno-toxic effects. And this damaged DNA is always the cause of cancer.

We’ve found these damaging effects on the genes at levels well below the safety limits. That’s why we think it’s urgent to base our safety limits on the biological effects, not the thermic ones.

Protection from dirty electricity – electromagnetic radiation can be relatively simple. You can avoid those appliances producing this dirty electricity; microwave ovens, cell phones, computers, TVs, surveillance equipment, and other appliances.

Now for many of us this is not possible since our work involves working on a computer. A more feasible approach would be to take advantage of new Q-Link SRT 3 technology.

Q-Link Technology

The Q-Link’s fundamental technology can be understood by imagining a tuning fork that vibrates at a certain pitch. Similarly, the Q-Link’s Sympathetic Resonant Technology™ (SRT™) is tuned to optimize the human energy system through resonance. As it interacts with your biofield, it leads to a rebalancing and restoration according to your individual needs

SRT has proven its effectiveness in a wide range of experiments, including trials at UC Irvine, University of Vienna, and Imperial College London, all of which demonstrated significant effects on living systems. Research highlights:

Doctors who tested the Q-Link found that it instantaneously amplified healthy energy states – and decreased energy drains caused by a wide variety of stressors.

In brainwave studies (EEG), the Q-Link reduced the harmful effects of EMFs – the fields around computers, cell phones and other devices.

World-class athletes reported that the Q-Link improved their mental focus and endurance, giving them a significant competitive edge.

In live blood studies, the Q-Link led to greater cellular integrity and more efficient blood oxygenation.

The new Q-Link features next-generation SRT 3, which enables the device to more efficiently resonate life-supporting frequencies in the biofield and activate a more powerful response to stress. Most people will notice heightened energy, quicker effects, and a more rapid return to centered emotional balance.

Think about the top reasons why people are overweight today. Overweight people fall into different categories.

They have an unhealthy lifestyle – working long hours, lack of sleep, high stress

Not getting enough of the right exercise

They simply eat too much, often in a compulsive way.

They eat the wrong food

Most people are relying on the wrong information.

Meal replacement shakes do not address any of the points above. When it comes to meal replacement, the word of the day is buyer beware.

Obviously people are always looking for the easy way out. “Help me lose weight with zero effort on my part”. “I want to lose weight but take no responsibility”. “I want to lose weight but I don’t want to change my daily routines”.

Meal replacement concoctions prey on people who are looking for a good sales pitch of “take this it will give you all your nutrients you need and you can lose weight”.

When we have analyzed most meal replacements they are filled with synthetic vitamins, chemicals, and fillers. There is no evidence that by drinking these meal shakes it causes anyone to ingest less daily calories. They are generally loaded with carbohydrates in the form of simple carbohydrates which have more of a tendency to produce fat cells than the complex carbohydrates found in nature.

Stay away from those who have the pitch they are low fat or fat free. First your body needs fat in it’s diet so it can absorb many of the vitamins and minerals. Secondly when fat is removed from a natural food by necessity they have to add sugar or corn syrup to repair the taste, or you would never be able to gag it down.

Many meal replacement manufactures tout a mantra that these meal shakes provide your daily nutrition and the majority of the public are missing many essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. It may be a true statement that the general population is nutritionally deficient, but meal shakes are not the healthy way to get the nutrients your body needs. You would be much better served to take a high quality multi-vitamin with a natural well rounded diet. And taking a high quality multi-vitamin will cost you much less than those expensive meal shakes.

Bottom Line: You are always better off to find the nutrients naturally in the food you eat, than to rely on highly processed powder fake foodstuffs.

My last point regarding meal shakes for weight loss is simple. The largest problem with most diet programs is they do not work for the long term. Most end in a roller coaster ride. Why, because they go off the diet and go back to their old diet, their old habits. Meal shakes play right into this mentality: suffer through the agony of ingesting these smelly, tasteless meal shakes for a month and you will lose a few pounds… then when you eat real food you will find that at best all you did was shrink fat cells you did not do what it takes to eliminate fat cells. So the weight comes back on quickly and usually brings a few extra pounds with it.

Instead, change your eating habits; eat more of the metabolism boosting foods which will actually boost your metabolism simply by eating them. Take most of your calories in the form of real food. You should not be drinking calories at any time in your day. Now add to that metabolism boosting exercise described in the Doctor Directed Weight Loss Program and you can lose weight effectively and keep it off. All you need is 10 minutes per day.

convenient fast foods" aren't worth it. You'll pay for it with added inches to your waistline. And those extra pounds lead to chronic diseases like obesity, cancer, and heart disease.

I understand Our lives are so busy; we don’t always have time to cook. However If you enjoy breakfast or lunch on-the-go, you could pay for it with a fat belly and decreased health.

Face It: Some “convenience foods” aren’t worth it. You’ll pay for it with added inches to your waistline. And those extra pounds lead to chronic diseases like obesity, cancer, and heart disease.

Here are three foods that will put you on the fast track
to FAT:

Breakfast Cereal: This one is a little deceptive. No one thinks of cereal as being a threat to their health. But no matter which one you choose, breakfast cereals are high on the glycemic index (GI). Most have a large amount of High Fructose Corn Syrup. For many people, a dose of high- glycemic carbs in the morning is the prescription for building excess body fat. You’d almost be better off eating a candy bar or a piece of cake. The Glycemic Index of an average piece of chocolate cake is between 31 and 38… a Snickers bar is about 47. Not bad.Compare that to the GI of Kellogg Corn Flakes… which registers a whopping 92. That means corn flakes break down into sugar in your bloodstream faster than pure glucose! And if you add fuel to the fire by putting sugar on your cereal, you’re sending an overwhelming surge of sugar into your system.Remember, high blood sugar triggers a wave of insulin. And insulin is the hormone that sends the message to build and store fat.

Even “healthy” cereals like Grape-Nuts have a GI of 80. That’s also very high.

It might be a fast fix when you’re rushing in the morning, but cereal in the morning will make you fat. Avoid it at all costs.

French Fries: Possibly the worst foods you can eat. First off, potatoes are high-glycemic and not good for you in any form. But when you take potatoes and deep-fry them in trans fatty oil, you have a recipe for sickness and disease. While white potatoes aren’t the best choice, the oil they’re cooked in adds much more danger than the potatoes do. If you need a potato fix now and then, opt for a baked potato or, better yet, sweet potatoes. They’re loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.

Bagels and Breads: Don’t fall for the “whole-grain goodness” trap. When it comes to the glycemic index, it matters very little whether breads are made from whole grain or not. Grains spike your blood sugar, and you know what that means.Forget about the commercials you see on TV. Unless you are very poor and can’t get enough calories without them, you should avoid grains at least until you get as lean as you want to be. You’ll be better off without them.

Helpful Hints:

In the morning, take a few extra moments and scramble some eggs. Before you throw the eggs in, sauté some sliced tomatoes and spinach. Maybe some onion, too. I really like adding hot salsa to increase metabolism. In less than 10 minutes, you can have a breakfast that will make you feel pumped and energetic for the whole morning.

And if you need a fast lunch, try a wrap instead of a sandwich. More and more restaurants offer wraps these days. They come in all styles – spinach is great. (avoid the heavy flour tortillas.)

For Your Good Health,

Natural Treatments that work for fungal skin rashes that were openly shared with my by multiple naturalists, and homeopathic doctors.

Fungal Infection Skin Rash- Natural Treatments

Tea Tree Essential oil put in bath or dilute and apply

Use an anti-fungal cleanser to clean the affected areas.

You can also make your own anti-fungal cleanser. Tea tree oil is a potent ant-fungal agent and so is lemongrass essential oil.

Citric acid found in tomatoes and lemons too are excellent in destroying fungus. Clean and blend a single tomato along with the juice of half a lemon and one two drops each of tea tree oil and lemongrass oil. Put two large teaspoons of this tomato paste on a clean cotton swab and gently massage the affected areas with it. Rinse your skin gently with cold water as this will allow a little oil to remain on the skin and destroy the fungus. You can add two drops of lavender oil to a teaspoon of jojoba oil and use this as a moisturizer after your shower.

Lavender oil is a sweet scented oil that has strong anti-fungal properties while jojoba oil helps to soften the skin. Crush two pods of garlic along with a few drops of turmeric oil and apply this paste to your skin. Garlic and turmeric oil is very effective in treating various different types of fungus and so you should use this paste on a daily basis.

In addition to this, you need to ensure that you have a healthy diet. You can also add a few cloves of garlic to your dishes while you are cooking as this will help to control the fungal infection by fighting the fungus from within. Garlic also helps to bolster the immune system which in turn helps to control the infection. You should not scratch the area at all as this will only leave scars and promote the spread of the skin infection. If this fungal infection does not clear up within a few weeks of regular treatment or if it seems to be spreading, visit a dermatologist.

You can also take some easy steps at home to resist the spread of the infection. One of the easiest ones is to sanitize the infected areas thoroughly. This will help to at least arrest the spread of the infection easily. Topical application of hydrogen peroxide can take care of this quite easily.

You should also try to apply fresh, unflavored and unsweetened yogurt to all your infected areas. This contains live as well as openly active bacteria which will feed off your fungal infection quite happily. Sometimes, this method alone can help to get rid of the infection fully.

Alternately, you can also apply lime juice to the areas. This is an excellent method that is used to kill all kinds of topical infections of the skin. Another product you can use is tea tree oil. This has excellent anti bacterial and anti fungal properties that will help to take care of your infections.

Scientists believe that jalapenos and other hot peppers not only “burn” the tongue when eaten but also increase the diner’s metabolism!

Spicy peppers may hold a key to weight loss!

How would you like to burn calories from the comfort of your dining room? Of course you would. Researchers at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition are a step ahead of you.

Some food scientists believe that jalapenos and other hot peppers not only “burn” the tongue when eaten but also increase the diner’s body temperature. They hypothesize that the energy required to do this burns calories just as surely as traditional forms of exercise.

One potential problem is that not everyone appreciates the flavor of spicy peppers. That kick comes courtesy of capsaicin, a chemical developed by plants to defend themselves against animals who’d want to eat them.

Thankfully for timid eaters, some peppers produce a version of capsaicin called dihydrocapsiate (a.k.a. DCT) that has a mild taste.

UCLA researchers recruited 34 volunteers who were trying to lose weight. Some got pills containing DCT to take with their meals; others got dummy pills.

The researchers measured each volunteer’s energy expenditure after he or she ate and found it was highest in those volunteers who got the biggest doses of DCT – almost twice as high as in those who took the placebo. Not only that, the DCT prompted those who took it to burn more fat.

The findings are promising, but it’s not time to start swallowing DCT pills on your own, the researchers warn. The volunteers in their study were on a low-calorie liquid diet, and the results might not translate to people eating regular food. Also, it might work for people with fat to spare but not for those who are already lean.

At this point, the only advice the researchers offer is this: If you’re inclined to eat jalapenos and other hot peppers, feel free to pile them high.

Indonesians have know about this for a long time. It is common for them to eat spicy chili to help them lose weight.

Hot peppers are a natural wonder, and they pack a ton of benefits. One really important thing is don’t get prepared hot pepper sauces that are loaded with sodium and other crap, as that defeats the purpose, BIG TIME.

Purchase real peppers slice ‘em thin and mix them with your food, which shouldn’t be overloaded with any of the following: sodium, sugar or carbs.

You heard me high fructose corn syrup is NOT your friend.

Glucose is the form of energy you were designed to run on. Every cell in your body, every bacterium—and in fact, every living thing on the Earth uses glucose for energy.

Unfortunately as a country, sucrose is no longer the sugar of choice. It’s now fructose.

If your diet was like that of people a century ago, you’d consume about 15 grams of sugar per day—a far cry from the 73 grams per day the typical person gets from sweetened drinks.

In vegetables and fruits, natural sugar is mixed in with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and beneficial micronutrients, all which moderate the negative metabolic effects of fructose. Amazingly, 25 percent of people actually consume more than 130 grams of processed fructose per day.

Making matters worse, all of the fiber has been removed from processed foods, so there is essentially no nutritive value at all. And the very products most people rely on to lose weight—the low-fat diet foods—are the same ones highest in fructose.

Why? When you remove the fat from a food, no one would eat it, so their only choice is add sugar to make it palatable. And the cheapest form of sugar is high fructose corn syrup.

It isn’t that fructose itself is bad, when it is natural inside fruit it is in low dosage plus when combined with the many anti-oxidants in the fruit and the natural fiber it the negative effects of fructose are eliminated. It is the MASSIVE DOSES you’re exposed to that make it so dangerous.

There are two overall reasons fructose is so damaging:

Your body metabolizes fructose in a much different way than glucose. The entire burden of metabolizing fructose falls on your liver.

People are consuming fructose in enormous quantities, which has made the negative effects much more profound.

The explosion of soda consumption is the major cause of this. But take a look at most processed foods and you will find high fructose corn syrup. Food manufacturers are after profits, corn syrup is cheaper and it is sweeter, more calories, more addictive. Multiple reasons for them to use fructose.

Today, 55 percent of sweeteners used in food and beverage manufacturing are made from corn, and the number one source of calories in America is soda, in the form of high fructose corn syrup. In 1920 a typical soda was only 8 ounces, in 1950 it went to 10 ounces, then in 1970s the 12 ounce can, 1980 was the 20 ounce plastic bottle, then the 24 ounce and now welcome to the 21rst century where it is cool to super size and thus the 64 ounce is a common purchase. Go to a movie and you can even get free refills.

Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup was not only far cheaper to make, it’s about 20 percent sweeter than conventional table sugar that has sucrose.

HFCS contains the same two sugars as sucrose but is more risky to you metabolically, due to its chemical formula.

The fructose and the glucose are not bound together in HFCS, as they are in table sugar, so your body doesn’t have to break it down. Therefore, the fructose is absorbed immediately, going straight to your liver.

Too Much Fructose Creates a Metabolic Disaster in Your Body

Dr. Robert Lustig, Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at the University of California, San Francisco, has been a pioneer in decoding sugar metabolism. His work has highlighted some major differences in how different sugars are broken down and used by the human body. (I encourage anyone who is interested in their long term health to watch this video. http://doctorweightlossprogram.com/nutrition/665 of Dr Lustig.)

As I mentioned earlier, after eating fructose, most of the metabolic burden rests on your liver. This is NOT the case with glucose, of which your liver breaks down only 20 percent. Nearly every cell in your body utilizes glucose, so it’s normally “burned up” immediately after consumption.

So where does all of this fructose go, once you consume it? Onto your hips, thighs and gut. It is turned into FAT, which means more fat deposits throughout your body.

Your solution to exchange your bad habits for healthy ones and eliminate fat cells for good is located at www.doctorweightlossprogram.com

The single largest source of calories for Americans comes from sugar-specifically high fructose corn syrup. Just take a look at the sugar consumption trends of the past 300 years.

There is a vast sea of research suggesting that Sugar and more specifically High Fructose Corn Syrup is destroying your health and expanding your waistline. Science has now shown us, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that sugar in your food, in all its myriad of forms, is taking a devastating toll on your health.

The single largest source of calories for Americans comes from sugar-specifically high fructose corn syrup. Just take a look at the sugar consumption trends of the past 300 years.

In 1700, the average person consumed about 4 pounds of sugar per year.

In 1800, the average person consumed about 18 pounds of sugar per year.

In 1900, individual consumption had risen to 90 pounds of sugar per year.

In 2009, more than 50 percent of all Americans consume one-half pound of sugar PER DAY-translating to a whopping 180 pounds of sugar per year!

Sugar is loaded into your soft drinks, fruit juices, sports drinks, and hidden in almost all processed foods-from bologna to pretzels to Worcestershire sauce to cheese spread. And now most infant formula has the sugar equivalent of one can of Coca-Cola, so babies are being metabolically poisoned from day one if taking formula.

No wonder there is an obesity epidemic in this country.

Today, 32 percent of Americans are obese and an additional one-third are overweight. Compare that to 1890, when a survey of white males in their fifties revealed an obesity rate of just 3.4 percent. In 1975, the obesity rate in America had reached 15 percent, and since then it has doubled.

Carrying excess weight increases your risk for deadly conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease and diabetes.

In 1893, there were fewer than three cases of diabetes per 100,000 people in the United States. Today, diabetes strikes almost 8,000 out of every 100,000 people.

You don’t have to be a physician or a scientist to notice America’s expanding waistline. All you have to do is stroll through a shopping mall or a schoolyard, or perhaps glance in the mirror.

There is a solution:

The Doctor Directed Weight Loss Program will not only show you how to eliminate the fat cells, but it will show you how to eliminate your cravings for sugar & how to dramatically reduce the fructose in your diet.

Let’s face it:

You probably would reduce the high fructose corn syrup in your diet if you knew how. If you knew which foods contained the life killing substance you would be willing to switch to those choices that do not contain it. Doctor Directed gives you what you need to lose weight, drop inches from your waist and live a healthy life.
